WHAT TO EXPECT:
We’re excited for your Brand Growth session.
Before we meet, take a few minutes to read this page—then complete the Pre-Brand Growth Info form below. (If you’d rather email your answers, that works too.)
Brand Growth is an intensive, focused process designed to build an entire brand in a short window, using your time well. To keep things smooth, we do as much research and behind-the-scenes thinking as possible ahead of time. By the time you arrive, we’ve already been deep in your world, building from the strategy in the Brand Awakening brief you approved.
How the process moves
Brand Growth is iterative—each decision supports the next. We follow a schedule so we can deliver everything we promised, which means we’ll move forward at a steady pace.
But that doesn’t mean there isn’t room for feedback! Quite the contrary, we welcome your reactions, thoughts and questions as they come up. It’s important that we discuss all feedback before moving forward because all future decisions build on previous decisions.
*Day 1 starts on Zoom at 10am PST sharp (unless otherwise discussed) and it is imperative that you arrive on time so that we stay on schedule.
