Intellichoice
Strategic financial architect for mission-driven healthcare and clinical research founders
The Challenge
Ana Valdivia brought twenty-five years of corporate financial leadership, fifteen years of university-level accounting instruction, and controller-level experience at global CPG and healthcare engineering companies into her own boutique firm and the market was paying her like a bookkeeper. Pricing at $550 to $950 a month for work that included strategic financial foresight most CFOs cannot offer. Saturdays with the laptop. A roster of mixed-fit clients that proved her real value while refusing to pay for it. She came to Mindsy asking for help with her website. She thought she had a traffic problem. She had a permission problem.
The Work
Mindsy identified that the positioning problem ran deeper than messaging. Ana had absorbed the CPA market's pricing logic and applied it to a capacity the market does not have language for: seeing around financial corners six to twelve months ahead of a founder who does not know which corners to look around. The Brand Awakening session surfaced the rare perception underneath the generalist positioning. A position is not about what you do. It is about what you see that others in your field do not. What Ana saw was growth trajectory, cash burn, investor timeline, regulatory requirements, and team scaling, all at once, in sequence, before her clients knew to ask. From that clarity, Mindsy rebuilt everything: positioning, audience architecture, pricing structure, visual identity, tagline, channel strategy, and a custom Webflow site built to speak directly to the healthcare founders who needed exactly what Ana had always been offering.

The Shift
Ana went from pricing at $550 to $950 a month to $2,000 to $4,500 a month, with $25,000 to $50,000 implementation engagements with the same expertise, the same hours, and three to five times the value captured. Her roster is now filtered through positioning rather than pursued through hustle. Her audience is clear: eight to ten flagship clients in healthcare, biotech, and clinical research. She hired her first team member before the new brand even launched because the work itself gave her permission to commit. Sundays without the laptop. Fridays protected for teaching and IP. A brand that finally says out loud what Ana came to build.
